Samba Collab was started by Brazilian engineers who shipped at foreign companies — Bay Area startups, Berlin fintechs, NYC trading desks. We've sat through hundreds of loops on both sides. We've watched recruiters miss the obvious for years.
That's the unfair advantage. We don't put anyone on the bench we wouldn't hand-pick for our own team. Staff- and senior-level engineers who can read a spec, push back on a PM, and ship.

You pay one fee when you hire. After that, choose how the engineer joins you — we'll handle the paperwork either way.

- 02We handle payroll, benefits, taxes, equipment.
- 03You pay us a monthly rate. We pay them.
- 04One-time placement fee at signing. Cancel any month.
Best if you want zero international-employment overhead.
